At Charis Daycare Nursery, we work closely in partnership with parents. We are always happy to receive any important information about our children, such as changes in their home life, as it helps us to understand their needs. Our coffee mornings are held at least once a year and provide an opportunity for parents to visit the nursery. Chat with our staff and practitioners about your child’s important early development.
When your child begins their journey at Charis Daycare Nursery, you’ll be asked to fill out an ‘All About Me’ form, including everything we need to know about your child’s personal needs.
We complete daily diary entries for your child through a simple-to-use app called ‘EY log’. Securely log-in to your account and view information about your child’s feeds, meals and nappy changes.
When a child turns two, we’ll discuss their progress with you to provide feedback and discuss the next steps for your child’s individual needs.
We are always happy to speak with parents and be available when you need us. Our staff can communicate with you through phone calls, text messages and via email.
We issue a newsletter to parents every term to share our achievements and inform parents of any changes made within the nursery, including our forthcoming events.
